Why wouldn’t I just hire a designer in-house?

How fast will I receive my work?
Social cuts and short animations typically land in 2 to 3 business days. Full product explainers run 7 to 14 days depending on scope, scripting, and revision rounds. We set exact timelines during discovery and hold to them.
What if I don’t like the work?
Every project starts with a script and style frames, so we align on direction before animation begins — that’s where most misalignment gets caught. One Time projects include one revision round, Growth includes two rounds per asset, and Scale includes unlimited revisions.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?
On the Scale plan, no. Submit as many as you like and we work through them sequentially, prioritized by you. The Growth plan covers 2 videos plus 6 social animations per month. One Time is a single video, scoped up front.
Who’s actually doing the work?
A small senior team, not a rotating bench of juniors. Everyone working on your account has 7+ years in motion design, video production, or brand design, and experience with SaaS products specifically. They understand product-led growth, B2B funnels, and the difference between a pretty video and one that converts.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t refund completed creative work, but monthly plans can be paused or cancelled at any time with no penalty. If a project isn’t working, we’d rather fix it than have you eat the cost — that’s what the revision rounds are for.
How much does a SaaS explainer video cost?
Most agencies charge $5K to $15K per video. Our one-time projects start at $1.5K for a 30-second explainer, and monthly plans start at $3.5K for ongoing production.
What do you need from us to get started?
